Job Description
- Prepares all necessary documents for participating in Job Fairs.
- Utilizes online job portals and other sourcing strategies.
- Establishes and maintains active networking relations with Placement Directors/Teams of selected universities and schools for updated graduate lists and website job postings.
- Screens resume for initial screening.
- Conducts Key Background Review to Rank & File, Supervisor, Assistant Manager level candidates.
- Serves as the online testing administrator and maintains online testing accounts/portals.
- Prepares test batteries generates test links for candidates and online results for requesting party.
- Conducts character verification for rank and file, and supervisory candidates.
- Scores/generate scores interpret and write psychological reports.
- Schedules interviews, exams, and job offers.
- Endorses qualified candidates to requesting departments or Member Companies.
- Informs qualified candidates or “near hires” of pre-employment requirements.
- Ensures that the recruitment documents of successful candidates are forwarded to HR Officer Comp.& Ben for the payroll process.
- Prepares draft recruitment reports on a regular basis, and places Recruitment Key Indicators in the monthly HR Dashboard (cost to hire, placement cost, time to fill, etc).
- Assists in preparing internal and external reports as requested by the HR Manager.
- Maintains all recruitment monitoring forms and databases. Ensures that all Recruitment files and databases are secured, properly filed, and are always updated.
- Makes recommendations on how to improve Recruitment processes and procedures.
- Prepares documentation and supplies needed for new hires.
- Gathers the required data for all manpower reports needed for Quarterly Board Meetings and Annual Stockholders' Meeting (e.g. Demographics & Attrition…etc.,)
- Maintains manpower databases and demographics and attrition tally sheets. Ensures that these are updated at all times.
- Assists in HR Activities and other corporate events, programs, and activities. Participates in the preparation for and implementation of employee relations projects.
- Assists in handling labor relations functions (employee discipline, grievances, conflicts, etc.)
- Monitors legislation and government memorandums that affect the labor force and acquire copies for dissemination.
- Handles inquiries and concerns on various HR services, policies, and procedures.
- Processes employment requirements of new employees.
- Issues temporary and permanent ID cards to employees.
- Processes all personnel movements of employees, ensuring that all movements are documented, authorized, timely, and according to policy.
- Reviews HR systems and recommends improvements to the department head.
- Designs / develops HR interventions that will address the needs of Management and employees.
- Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
- Serves as a point person for all new employee questions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Understanding of referral programs
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgement
- BS in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
