“TSGA is a training institution that provides language and skills trainings to Filipinos who want to seek employment abroad, specifically in Japan.”

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages the day-to-day operations of a Language and Care Giving Training Institution.
• Leads the execution of company policies and in directing and coordinating activities to meet business and profitability growth objectives.
• Develops, reviews, updates and implements business strategic planning, including sales and financial performance.
• Coordinates with government institutions (e.g. TESDA, POEA) for the proper implementation of training programs
• Coordinates with partner land-based Deployment Agencies for the deployment of the company’s graduates
• Manages instructors and subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
• Supervises and monitors the performance and progress of trainees/students.
• Oversees key processes and performance reports, data and analysis.
• Directs company operations through the Management Team to meet budget and other financial goals
• Directs and coordinates organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency
• Monitors the productivity level of the organization and spearheads initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity
• Manages the resources of the organization prudently, ensuring that these are maximized in achieving the goals of the company
• Drives the company vision and strategy
• Develops a strong Management Team and Accounting Team, providing career growth opportunities for Managers

• With Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, or relevant fields.
• Preferably with Master’s degree or equivalent
• With background in facilitating or overseeing TESDA-accredited training programs
• With at least 10 years of related experience in training
• Must be familiar with traditional and modern training methods and techniques
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Solid presentation skills and ability to explain complex processes to an audience.
• Must be an expert in financial management and is able to manage operations within budget.
• Must have the ability to enforce and maintain high standards, even under pressure.
• Must possess general and senior management skills
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Preferably someone who can speak and understand the Japanese language
