Job Description
- Handle phone calls, emails, and chat to provide end to end customer service to clients
- Listen and understand client needs and requests.
- Create tickets for our clients.
- Handle other tasks like generation of reports, creation of presentation, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course
- 1-2 years of Customer Service work experience is an advantage
- Interest in technology
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
- Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
