Job Description

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and chat to provide end to end customer service to clients
  • Listen and understand client needs and requests.
  • Create tickets for our clients.
  • Handle other tasks like generation of reports, creation of presentation, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service work experience is an advantage
  • Interest in technology
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
  • Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
