Job Description
- Gathers and analyses business processes or requirements to identify challenges, streamline processes, and establishes the bridge between the business and technical teams according to project needs.
- Serves as point of contact between development and technical teams and business/process owners to ensure that initiatives and requirements are met.
- Defines and scopes project features/requirements.
- Tests the solution to validate project objectives and ensure quality of delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4-year course related to Information Technology, Computer Science or any Business Course.
- Fresh Graduate or at least with experience on making Presentation and Documentation.
- Knowledgeable in basic MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Good attention to details.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
