Job Description
- Provides technical support and resolution to Client’s technical issues
- Advance knowledge on Networking
- Configures Software and Hardware (PC, Modem, Router)
- Identifies and resolves operational issues on Client’s computer
- Obtains general understanding of Operating System and Application
- Operations related to the services offered by the company
- Conducts daily back-up procedures on servers and applications
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of 4-year IT related course.
- With at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- With advance experience in technical/IT support to all users (e.g. Windows, MS Office, Great Plains Dynamics (GPS), Cash Advance Monitoring System (CAMS, Formwriter, printer, Fuji Xerox, email, Outlook, internet, Local Area Network)
- Performs above function to Port Area Manila.
- Preferably male applicants and residents of Manila.
