Job Description
The Human Resources Officer – OD is responsible for initiating, facilitating and providing support in the various Organization Development programs of the company. He/she shall design, develop and implement OD as well as general Learning interventions that are aligned with the overall Talent Management strategies and objectives of the Corporate Center HR.
This position will collaborate and work closely with line managers, subject matter experts, vendors and the various HR teams for targeted and continuing OD efforts across member companies.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years of work experience in OD and/or in strategic HR functions
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology
- Substantial exposure or familiarity in several or most of the ff:
- Succession Planning
- Performance Management
- Employee Engagement/Satisfaction Tools
- Learning & Development
- HRIS
- Strong Critical Thinking and Project Management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Preferred but not required
- MS/MA in Psychology
