Job Description
- Oversee the operations of the kitchen of the outlet with guidance from the Executive Chef
- Keep the standards of the food according to the set standards of the resort
- Manage the kitchen staff
- Ensure that the kitchen is working efficiently and effectively at all times
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College degree or its equivalent
- Minimum five (5) years experience in resort/chain of restaurants operations/hospitality industry
- With at least two (2) years in a supervisory role and with good exposure in Italian cuisine
- With excellent management, communication, and leadership skills
- Computer literate
- Must be a self-starter and with “can do” and “will do attitude
- Definitely, a “hands on” person and beaming with positivity
- Willing to be based on the beautiful island of Palawan or must be an “islander”
- Open to Philippine local candidates only
