Job Description
- Carry out the recruitment process from paper screening, testing, behavioral interviewing to pre-selecting of employees for final interviews.
- Creatively reach out to both active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels to meet staffing needs.
- Maintains candidate records and documents all interactions in the applicant tracking system.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment reaching out to both passive and active candidates; preferably in the BPO setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
