Job Description
- Bridge the gap between the development, design and product management teams.
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders at various levels to write and groom detailed stories for the design and development teams to execute.
- Create a backlog of requirements, prioritize and lead sessions to create project journey maps and flows.
- Leverages on Agile DevOps practices, knows Agile ways of working and ceremonies, is comfortable with using Confluence, Jira and manage multiple stakeholders including Segments, Product Owners and executives.
- Elicit, translate and simplify requirements in an Agile manner. The analyst gathers, documents, and analyzes business needs and requirements.
- Groom stories (requirements) to a level of detail that will enable UX/UI to be designed, code to be written and tested without defects.
- Understand downstream impacts of changes to design and coordinate with those teams to ensure they are in lock-step with the scrum team from a delivery perspective.
- Write multiple stories at any given time, all with aggressive delivery expectations.
- Use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment.
- Team-player, results-oriented, strong communicator, can-do attitude and comfortable working in a highly flexible, agile and collaborative environment.
- Assisting in performing stakeholder management tasks to communicate, collaborate and build the business requirements for the digital touchpoints.
- The analyst interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (Master’s degree preferred) in a design-related discipline: Interaction, Information or Interface design; Human-Computer Interaction.
- Knows Agile ways of working and ceremonies, is comfortable with using Confluence, Jira
- More than 2 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or a related discipline with an emphasis on delivering within a digital environment.
