Job Description
- Uphold global standards in Customer Service.
- Provide a trouble-free and fun interaction with customers of defined client projects
- Perform assigned customer service, telemarketing, and back office tasks
- Impart a positive customer service experience with the aim to promote long-term partnership between the company, client, and shareholders
Minimum Qualifications
- K12 graduates or Bachelor/College degree on any course (with or without experience)
- Also open to candidates with High School/Vocational diploma (must have at least 8 months TSR or 12 months CSR experience)
- Proficient in the English language (both spoken and written)
- Open to a flexible working schedule
