Job Description
- Provides quality assurance services by performing the Functionality Testing and leading User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Ensure the System Integration Test (SIT) has been conducted and signed off by IT prior to the UAT.
- Responsible to create Scenario Test and Test Script before conduct the UAT.
- Responsible to confirm the scenario test to Business User to ensure the scenario represent all the cases which usually faced by Business Users.
- Ensure that all application functionality meet minimum standards and requirements according to Change Request (CR), Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD).
- Ensure that all related Business Users involve in the UAT and signed off the UAT result.
- Prior to deployment, Quality Assurance is responsible to create Production Acceptance Test (PAT) Script and leading the PAT.
- Responsible to support the application deployment together with Project Integration Manager.
- Responsible to translating the business user requirement into comprehensive training modules.
- Working closely with related departments.
- Responsible to conduct comprehensive training for Trainer AND/OR End Users.
- Evaluate the understanding all trainee by conducting pre-testing and post-testing
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Has Experiences as Quality Assurance in previous work especially in retail company will be beneficial, Fresh graduated are welcome to applied.
- Required Skill(s): training, presentation. Microsoft Word, Visio and Power Point.
- Able to speak and write in English.
- Have strong analysis & assessment skill.
- Have good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Have high motivation and proactive.
- Team work player and yet still independent when needed.
