Job Description
- To implement merchandising strategy in the department (to create Differentiation and Margin Driven) in line with market expectation and the whole Commercial Strategy.
- To be able to foresee market (growth) and opportunity. In order to achieve the department's goal, which are Sales, Gross Margin, Customer Satisfaction, and Brand Image .
- To promote best selling items in order to maximize profits. To assess sales performance of ranges. To maintain good relationship with suppliers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, at any field.
- Good Communication in English and Computer skill.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Job role in food department in supermarket/hypermarket.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Merchandising/Buying in retail company, such as Hypermarket, Supermarket, Convenience Store, or Hotel and Restaurant.
- Having good understanding in Retail business and Market Connection especially with local suppliers is a must.
- Capable in communication with suppliers and buying management (consignment).
- Good perseverance in under pressure situation.
- Willing to be located in Malang area.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
