Job Description
- Manages and control Human Resource in store operation.
- Manages, create and work closely with related institution in term of of the human resources policies, procedures and programs.
- Carries out responsible in the following functional areas: departmental development, employee relations, training and development, recruitment, compensation and benefit, organizational develpment, and employment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably has experience in HR Operation/HR Business Partner.
- Hold bachelor degree from Law, Psychology or Human Resources Management.
- Having similar background experience in retail industry will be beneficial.
- Having experience in HR Industrial Relation.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good knowledge and having relationship regarding rules regulations of government labor.
- Experience handling labor union.
- Able to create module training, deliver training and has coaching skill.
- Good command in English both spoken and written.
- Excellent leadership & problem solving skills.
- Having good interpersonal skill and human relation skill.
- Fast learner, taking initiative and communicative person.
- Self-confident, well adapted and mature.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
