Job Description
- Maintain a good relation with customers
- Contorolling and directing subordinates in division
- Controlling and monitoring merchandise, work tools, and hygiene
- Collecting, reviewing and making reports that is related to operational activities
- Prepare and place meat cuts and products in display counter, so they will appear attractive and catch the shopper's eye.
- Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers.
- Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats, such as beef, pork, poultry, and fish, to prepare meat in cooking form.
- Estimate requirements and order or requisition meat supplies to maintain inventories.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General. such as Hypermarket, Supermarket.
- Have excellent knowledge and skill on Store Operation and Store Management
- Proficient in english and Computer Literate
- Willing to work on shifts, on weekends and public holidays
- Willing to join immediately
