Job Description
- Responsible for development and implementation of all training programs in accordance with company initiatives and strategies
- Oversees logistics of training including location and supplies
- Manages and evaluates trainers' performance and the infrastructure of the training department
- Oversee planning and delivery of L&D programs nationally
- Strategically align training and development programs to support company goals, employee needs, and career growth
- Design and develop programs for all areas of leadership training including role specific, general skills development, and management training
- Successfully manage the company leadership development program
- Manage culture initiatives in coordination with internal communications
- Directly facilitate and lead training classes
- Design and develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of training and development programs
- Maintain the budget for training and development initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor, Master's Degree/Post-Graduate Degree in Management, Psychology, or equivalent
- At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably CEO/GM/Director/Senior Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
- Must be a strong team leader with the ability to inspire own team as well as effect change with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to plan and deliver effective presentations is a must
- Ability to understand business issues and link results to organizational effectiveness
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
