Job Description
- Responsible for leading and managing a team of talented Recruiters, while executing on specific talent acquisition needs
- Responsible for the reputation and employer branding of the organization
- Committed to provide the best talent, on time, that fits the organization, and culture needs of the company
- Work closely with other division and directorates to discover the needs, design programs, and drive recruiting strategies
- Recommend and implement innovative sourcing strategies and specific recruiting programs and practices to help create a pipeline of diverse top talent to drive business success
- Utilizes traditional and nontraditional methods of recruitment which best suited for the specific recruiting needs of the organization
- Design and implement, yearly recruitment plans and programs to provide the business with the necessary talent needs
- Build high-quality partnerships with recruitment service providers, campus, government, and other organizations
- With the training department, develop and implement management trainee program for future organization internal talent strategy
- Personally handle high profile recruitment process for senior management level
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, in Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related
- Fluency in English is a must
- At least 15 years of working experience in doing high quality recruitment
