Job Description
Organize and implement maintenance plan for store under region:
- Create maintenance plan for all equipment
- Prepare spare parts and tools needed
- Monitor expense and investment budget
- Supervise maintenance work done by store and maintenance contractor
To audit store maintenance work, procedure, and equipment condition:
- Ensure all maintenance work is done according to regulation and standard
- Ensure checklist of equipment condition and running record is done on daily and monthly basis
Collect and compile store maintenance data and send to the head office:
- Equipment list, specification, condition, and historical report
- Sustainable data, vendor service report and attendance
Help and assist store maintenance with their technical problem
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
- Previous experience in any retail company will be beneficial
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in maintenance/contractor is required for this position
- Familiar in handling M/E, HVAC, Refrigerant and other retail equipment and instruments
- Mastering in planning, organizing, actualizing, controlling and evaluating work program using SMART National MTC Program for store maintenance and execute it in all stores in regions
