Job Description
Account Receiveable is to oversee a business' financial or accounting department that handles the company's generated income. She/he will work with accountants and other staff to ensure all money owed to the company is billed and received correctly and in a timely fashion. As in Account Payable, are looked upon by other employees for financial guidance and support and serve as a point of contact for all payable matters.
with following tasks:
- Manage and supervise her/his coordinates.
- Responsible for preparing documents dealing with finances, reporting and budgets.
- Examination and analysis data, must have the knowledge to competently, accurately and patiently examine financial records, processes and other related data.
- Reviewing and approving the invoices and expense reports generated by her/his subordinates.
- Negotiate and giving supports to clients, vendors and services providers. When issues arise with payments or billings, she/he are often the ones who make contact with the vendors or clients to resolve the issues.
- Control and manage the AR aging report and reconciliation
- Issuing customer credit memos after obtaining approvals, if needed
- Reconciling the AP aging to vendor statements and loan schedules
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially related with retail industries or shopping mall.
- Required Skill(s): Account Payable, Account Receivable
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Highly proficient in computer software programs such as, word processors, spreadsheet programs and database systems
- Basic mathematical skills
- Knowledge of high volume collections, credit authorization and billing procedures and practices
- Familiar with Financial Management software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- High attention in detail orientation tasks.
