Job Description
- Handling and preparing all legal documents required to obtain or renew a license in accordance to operate the store.
- Developing operational reports on legal activities relating to licensing in the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Degree majoring Law or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field (Fresh Gradutes are welcome to apply).
- Attend to details and have strong skills in legal documentation and legal research.
- Able to handle wide range of legal related matters ranging from general corporate, commercial, company licenses, litigation, and regulatory compliance of the company.
- Good command in English both oral and written.
- Good understanding of any aspect of Indonesia law.
