Job Description
The Sales / Business Development Executive is expected to excellently execute all assigned functions relating to sales, account management, new business development/expansions, new product launches, and promotion of company products and services.
We have two vacancies - one for the construction business unit (EasyHomes Inc.) and one for the wooden pallet business unit (Quadsys Incorporated). Both companies are affiliated with Tawitech Inc., under TAWI Group Holdings, Inc.
Business Development: Market Research and Analysis
- Designs and executes market research and analysis;
- Solicits feedback on products and services;
- Makes recommendations on product improvements based on client feedback;
- Prepares sales forecasts based on reliable assumptions;
- Plans and implements productive, weekly sales call itineraries, with pre-call preparations
Sales and Account Management Functions
- Ensures every client presentation is relevant, updated, and engaging;
- Attends to client inquiries, requests, and concerns;
- Leads the closing and negotiations with clients;
- Engages in client prospecting, attending client meetings, introducing products and services; and conducting sales blitz when warranted;
- Facilitates timely submission of commercial bids;
- Sustains good relationships with clients, conducts effective probing, inquires about client concerns, and attends client calls with the sales team;
- Prepares pricing computations, quotations, and proposals
- Coordinates with operational departments on client requirements/concerns
- Prepares the necessary management reports
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 5 years sales experience in any or all of the following: supply chain industry, construction industry, packaging industry
- With a Bachelor's Degree in a business-related course
- Must have a valid driver's license - must be comfortable and willing to travel
- Mastery of the English language - written and oral
- Sales expertise – conducting market analysis, prospecting, sales presentations
- Excellent customer relations – can build/sustain goodwill, knows how to handle difficult customers and objections
- Skills in problem analysis and problem-solving
- Technologically-savvy
- Flexible and collaborative – excellent listener, can handle and can get along with various teams
- Fast learner, self-motivated and results-oriented, can work under pressure.
- Hardworking with lots of initiative and imagination
- Honest and with integrity, no derogatory record from former employers

Other
Base pay ranges from PHP23,000 - PHP25,000, with an opportunity to earn an additional sales commission of PHP20,000 per month minimum (note: our company does not set a maximum/cap in the commission). Sales executives are also issued revolving funds to be used for their sales calls.
