Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.
General Functions
- Develop quality software and web applications
- Analyze and maintain existing software applications
- Design highly scalable, testable code
- Discover and fix programming bugs
Duties & Responsibilities
- Utilizes progressive skillsets for Front-End and Back-end Development to meet the software requirements, specifically Javascript, CSS, VueJS 2.0, Android, Firebase Technologies
- Ensures all tickets are fixed within an agreed period of time
- Engages in continuous learning and utilize progressively other skillsets for Software Development, such as but not limited to Web Application Testing, Unit Tests, Mobile Application Testing
- Ensures all development aligned with ticket requirements before submitting to testing
- Maintains clean code when committing code to a repository
- Participates in periodic smoke and regression testing for Web and Mobile Application
- Creates and maintains documentation for development (Database Schema, Existing Dev Requirements)
- Regularly updates his knowledge with the changing requirements of Web and Mobile Application"
- Continually learns and acquires skillsets for Full-Stack Development (Web and Mobile)
- Assists with creating marketing collaterals (website etc.)
- Assists with Production Support (Customer Support and Inquiries)
- Builds and deploys Web and Mobile application
- Participates in Daily Standup Meetings
- Diligently updates Common Board daily or as needed
- Has a sense of urgency in accomplishing tasks
- Practices team collaboration effectively
- Always strive to improve, grow and learn more
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- Full-stack knowledge both in web and mobile development (Android and iOS).
- Great interest in building mobile applications for Android and iOS;
- Familiar with agile development;
- High standard in UI/UX;
- Superior logical and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge in firebase development;
- Knows Java Core, Android Development, HTML5, CSS, Javascript Fundamentals, Github, and Agile Methodology;
- Knowledge of iOS development is a plus
- Has basic knowledge but not required in VueJS2, NoSQL, and Firebase
