Job Description
The Information and Reports Officer's main responsibilities are to process, maintain, and update field force database and generate information reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Other tasks are as follows:
- Maintain territory program database.
- Generate territory program fulfillment reports.
- Monitor promotional materials (cycle item).
- Tag monthly offtake report and quarterly offtake trend analysis.
- Update territory alignment system (customer matrix).
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Ensure that all task and activities adhere to the local code, the WHO Code, and WN instructions.
- Write programs in a variety of computer languages, such as C++ and Java.
- Update and expand existing programs.
- Debug programs by testing for and fixing errors.
- Build and use computer-assisted software engineering (CASE) tools to automate the writing of some code.
- Use code libraries, which are collections of independent lines of code, to simplify the writing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS IT or BS Computer Science.
- Preferably male.
- Knowledgeable in Visual Basic, VB.net, C Language, C++, SQL and PHP
- Excellent in MS Excel application.
- Excellent problem-solving skills:
- Analyzing information.
- Software debugging.
- Software development fundamentals.
