Job Description
- OJL store / account visit
- Field observation
- Call process
- Debriefing
- OJT feedback / coaching
- Follow through (CM/ASE cascades)
- Documentation
- Manages all Managers / Supervisors including other direct reports.
- Ensures achievement of all assigned KPIs
- Ensures compliance by all on the mandated rules and regulations
- Conducts field work with Managers / Supervisors.
- Provides Team Leadership to keep the team focused and motivated at all times
- Coordinates regularly with Principal for updates and monitoring.
- Conducts at field work per quarter
- Monitors KPI achievement
- Establishes control measures
- Conducts Training session as needed based on competencies/need
- Ensures efficient and effective utilization of resources
- Coordinates all activities with key manager of Principal.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must know how to drive and has a valid driving license
- with strong and pleasing personality
- Excellent in oral and written communication
- Must have a good background in Consumer / FMCG industry
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related field
- With good managerial or supervisory background
