1. Handles the learning and professional development of in house personnel and field operations work force.
2. Helps with the ongoing long term improvement of employees’ skills in enhancing their full potential necessary in the achievement of the Principals’ expectation of KRAs.
3. Identifies training development needs through job function analysis, and regular consultation with partners, business managers, and HR Manager to develop suitable and relevant contents of the required courses.
4. Conducts regular appraisals and reviews (classroom and field work) to keep an eye on the progress and in ensuring other opportunities are available for continued training development.
5. Takes the lead in drawing up training program necessary in effective implementation of Company programs.
6. Amend and revise existing training programs as necessary in order to adapt to changes according to the most updated work environment.
Minimum Qualifications
1. at least between 25-40 years old
2. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or allied industries.
3. With at least 2 years of training experience
4. preferrably with a Certificate from recognized and registered professional body
5. With background in Pharmaceutical and Consumer Goods
6. Knows the basic of coaching, mentoring and performance monitoring skills
7. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
8. Must be good in MS office applications.
9. Good judgment in profiling and identifying the best fit for people within the organization.
10. Good motivator
11. Knows how to drive with a valid driving license
