Job Description
- Takes charge of over-all legal requirements of the company and activities such as application and renewal of all documents (LTO, MoA)
- Maintains company’s regulatory files and records. She/he is the custodian of the company’s LTO, Business Permits, SOPs, CPRs, and client’s profile
- Assists and answers FDA agents during inspections and interviews
- Complies company’s deficiencies after FDA agent inspection
- Deals with customer complaints
- Reports to the management regarding clients complaint particularly in the company’s products quality
- Ensures that all stocks received from suppliers are CGMP compliant and with Certificate of Analysis and Batch notification in cases of antibiotics
- Ensures accurate and prompt dispensing of medicines to clients
- Answers queries arising from clients at all times
- Prepares inventory reports once a month or anytime as required by management
- Other functions that maybe assigned by the top management
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed pharmacist
- Preferably with experience as a company pharmacist
- Can do field and admin works
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong
