Job Description
- Collaborates with suppliers for the effective and efficient procurement of the company’s requirements
- Negotiates with the suppliers on the terms and conditions related to the purchase including pricing and discounts, delivery schedules and payment terms
- Responsible for price negotiation and suppliers’ decision-making, and preparation of purchasing reports on a regular basis
- Processes purchase orders, schedules deliveries, monitors the item status, and ensures complete transport of goods
- Assurance of on-time delivery and harmonious flow of supply chain to avoid delays
- Administers contracts and handle adjustments with suppliers, including replacement of material not conforming to specifications, cancellation of orders, and ensuring receipt of proper credit
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Accountancy;
- With at least five (5) years experience in Purchasing/Procurement
- Can deal with foreign suppliers effectively
- With excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- With strong leadership command and team management skills
- Willing to work in Las Piñas City

Organized in the year 2000, Trademaster Resources Corporation (TMRC) started out as a modest distribution company, marketing and selling television sets.
Over the years, fueled by it’s constant desire to provide the consumer market with alternative and more affordable products, coupled with better after sales services. It slowly, but surely grew to be a market contender to be reckoned with, being present in both the White and Brown line categories of appliances. It now carries the brands CHANGHONG, RAINBOW, EVEREST and GP GREEN POWER. It also has a network of over 150 accredited service centers nationwide.
In 2010, TMRC entered into the PV Solar Field. Providing Solar Small Home Systems to the unelectrified areas of the Philippines. It is now one of the biggest suppliers and installers of Solar Home Systems and Solar Street lights in the Philippines.
In 2014, TMRC was also the first to install a large scale NET METERING project in the Philippines which was a 133KW system on top of La Consolacion College Manila.
To date, Trademaster Resources Corporation has worked with numerous institutions such as the Asian Development Bank, Tokyo Electric and Marubeni Foundation, Aboitiz Foundation, Meralco, Veresco, Noreco and the Department of Energy (DOE).
