Job Description
- Provide customer service on TP-LINK products via phone call, E-mail, and online chat.
- Update job knowledge by studying new product functions and new network technology.
- Accomplish other job missions assigned by team leaders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work on holidays and shifting schedules
- Fresh and experienced candidates are welcome
- Positive, hardworking and responsible with strong will power
- Earn as much as 23k-30k depending on experience. Up to 5k addtional net monthly bonus.
