- Assists clients in filling up the application form.
- Responsible for monitoring and getting the details of the customer’s unit.
- Reports to Toyota Certified Used Vehicle (TCUV) regarding the unit/s received by the dealership for appraisal.
- Provides all information needed by the customer regarding the unit.
- Prepares appraisal quotations and pricing for internal and external customers.
- Answers all TCUV inquiries, walk-in customers, and telephone inquiries.
- Responsible for the receiving of units for appraisal and transfer the same to the Parking Area.
- Conducts Road-test of units for appraisal.
- Perform such other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Marketing degree would be an advantage;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Sales experience in automotive dealership is an advantage;
- Loyal, honest and hard-working;
- Has driver's license and good driving skills.
