Job Description
- Analysis of assigned operating expense accounts with FS schedule and journal entries.
- Perform budget monitoring and control tasks such as validation and evaluation of Purchase and Payment Requests.
- Preparation of divisional/departmental budget performance reports.
- Monitor organizational spending to ensure that it is within budget.
- Inform departments of the status and availability of funds.
- Estimate future financial needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in BS Accountancy.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Has basic to intermediate knowledge of FS preparation and Financial Accounting.
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Office programs, especially Excel.
- Has very good customer service orientation and English communication skills.
- Relevant work experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna.
