Job Description
- Highly involved in after sales image and customer retention activities/enhancements.
- Conceptualize, develop, implement, and maintain after sales and service promotion campaigns such as Express Maintenance, No-to-Counterfeit, and Toyota Mastercard.
- Create and present reports on Campaign Project Proposals and Dealer Performance.
- Coordinate with ad agencies for various projects and events.
- Conduct Customer and Market Survey.
- Conduct Go-and-See activities in the Dealerships.
- Monitor, evaluate, and kaizen (improve) programs.
- Allocate and dispatch collaterals
- Design, develop, and edit artwork.
- Coordinate with other departments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor's / College degree in any of the following:
- Business Studies
- Business Administration
- Business Management
- Marketing
- Any equivalent course
- At least 2 years of work experience in the related field.
- Proficient in the following:
- Business planning
- Marketing campaign conceptualization
- Video editing
- Campaign management
- MS Office applications
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe PhotoShop
- Windows Movie Maker
- Similar applications
- Excellent project management skills with fast quality work turnaround.
- Business and Marketing Strategist with interest in creative and automotive industry.
- Has interest and/or experience in social media promotions, communication campaigns, and mobile app development.
- Good with numbers and analysis.
- Familiar with cars as well as after sales products and services.
- Up-to-date on automotive news and would like to work in an automotive company.
- Thinks outside the box and continuously develops oneself.
- Can easily adapt to changes and is able to handle change with grace.
- Can manage expectations.
- Willing to render extra work hours for projects.
- Willing to work in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
