Business Development Associate  

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Business Development Associate to join our Dealer Development Department based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

The  Business Development Associate  is a member of the Franchise Development Section that oversees the expansion of Toyotas dealerships and business network.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in planning, analyzation, and project management.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Monitor dealer compliance with Toyotas franchise policies and facilities standards through regular audit and coordination.
• Planning and monitoring of Toyotas dealer expansion, relocation, and/or renovation projects.
• Developing dealer standards and market study activities.
• Dealer expansion project management.
• Site inspection and evaluation.

Skills required:

• Good forecasting skills
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• MS Office (Intermediate level in PowerPoint and Excel)
• AutoCAD skills is an advantage
• Experience in project management is an advantage
• Driving skills

Position is open to Associate level applicants. Fresh graduates will be screened based on the above position requirements.
