Job Description
We are looking for an Area Operations Officer to join Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation based in our Annex Office in Makati City.
An Area Operations Officer is a member of the Sales Distribution Department who oversees the sales performance and coordination to our dealerships nationwide. You will have direct coordination with our dealerships, in guiding them towards operations target setting, marketing and sales strategies and enforcement of SOPs and guidelines as directed by Toyota Motor Phil. Corp.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between the dealerships and Toyota Motor Phil. Corp, providing and processing the requirements of each entity. You will also be assigned to monitor the sales performance, vehicle unit management and requirements of our dealer operations.
You will be given opportunity to explore, conceptualize and propose strategies and processes to help our dealers achieve its targets and provide quality service to our customers.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Dealer sales and vehicle unit management and monitoring.
- Coordination for unit management and allocation.
- Central dealer stockyard management.
- Marketing and sales performance evaluation.
- Dealer performance evaluation and investigation.
- Dealer operations improvement (Kaizen)
- Coordinate with business partners to gather information and identify the support needed.
Minimum Qualifications

- You have a high level of attention to detail.
- You are confident to interact, negotiate and manage different personalities.
- You can multitask and perform under minimal supervision.
- You have the ability to say No to stakeholders without compromising the relationship.
- You can deal with ambiguity; objection handling.
Skills required:
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail oriented.
- Ability to coordinate with diverse range of personalities and groups.
- High analytical skills.
