Marketing Specialist  

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing and Sales Department based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

The Marketing Specialist is a member of the New Mobility Business Team that conceptualizes and implements marketing programs for fleet and mobility products.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in marketing, customer handling, product communication strategy and negotiation.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Develop and execute new marketing programs and strategies for the new mobility business
• Creates innovative marketing campaigns, advertising copy and other marketing materials
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting
• Handle different kinds of merchants to answer technical or product related queries, craft the best solutions or offers
• Creating proposals and presentations to enable partnership opportunities
• Develops various marketing strategies for products and services
• Prospecting of identifying potential customers

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts, or other related courses
• You are capable of clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
• You can establish courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
• You can identify opportunities and take action to build strategic relationships between one's area and other areas, teams, departments, units, or organizations to help achieve business goals.
• You can effectively explore alternatives and positions to reach outcomes that gain the support and acceptance of all parties.
• You can maintain stable performance under pressure or opposition (such as time pressure or job ambiguity); handle stress in a manner that is acceptable to others and to the organization.
• Must be willing to work in Makati City

Skills required:

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Has good customer service orientation
• Tenacious team player with Sales and Marketing mindset
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skill
• Preferably with experience in handling partnerships
• Relevant experience or knowledge in digital payment is an advantage
• Great presentation skills
