Job Description

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Business and Administration Specialist to join our Dealer Development Department based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

The Business and Administration Specialist is a member of the Network Development and Sales Support Team that is responsible for creating dealer financial reports, developing, implementing and improving dealer finance programs.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in conducting financial studies, research, planning and project management.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing support and guidance in the dealer finance operations
  • Monitor, evaluate and analyze dealer financial performance and give recommendations for improvement
  • Review, study, develop, implement, monitor and improve dealers' finance programs
  • Prepare a business plan and budget for implementation
  • In-charge of administration support in the Dealer Development Department
  • Establish TMP standards, policy, and guidelines for the dealer finance
  • Conduct periodic audit and dealer visits
  • Conduct studies on finance practices for benchmarking purposes (within the dealer network and auto industry)

Minimum Qualifications

Our perfect match:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting or equivalent course
  • Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA) but not required
  • Relevant job experience in cost accounting is preferred
  • You can actively identify new areas for learning; regularly create and take advantage of learning opportunities; use newly gained knowledge and skill on the job and learn through their application.
  • You are capable of clearly conveying information and ideas in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
  • You can present ideas effectively to individuals or groups when given time to prepare; deliver presentations suited to the characteristics and needs of the audience.
  • You can establish courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
  • You are an actively participating member of a team, moving the team toward the completion of goals.
  • Must be willing to work in Makati City

Skills required:

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledgeable in management accounting
  • Has knowledge in creating process flow and system analysis
  • Background in SAP or other accounting system is an advantage
  • Has good customer service orientation
  • Tenacious team player and can work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skill
