Job Description
- Plans and monitors expansion, relocation and/or renovation projects in the Dealer Facility Improvement Program;
- Perform system/workflow analysis of facility layouts
- Ensure Dealer compliance with Toyota facilities standards through regular audit and site visit;
- Monitor Dealer compliance with Franchise policies;
- Ensure completion of pre and post operations requirements of Dealer projects;
- Liaise with Dealer Project Managers to meet project requirements, objectives, and timetable;
- Support Network Planning Group's market study activities;
- Support inter-department activities and transactions.
- Acts as a point-person and communicates project status to top management and other concerned departments.
- Ensure resolution of project concerns or issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must know how to drive and has a valid driver's license
- Skills in AutoCAD will be an advantage;
- Must be willing to work in Makati City.
