Job Description
- Coordinate and process payment to service contractors and suppliers;
- Monitor compliance of contractors to all government mandated requirements;
- Monitoring of Expat services;
- Centralized monitoring of purchase requisitions;
- Office supplies and uniform issuance;
- Material planning and inventory;
- Coordination with courier services, outsourced services, and canteen management;
- Management of the following:
- Company mobile phone;
- Conference/Meeting room and dormitory;
- Contracts;
- Fixed assets;
- Budget.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Operations Management or equivalent;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant working experience is an advantage;
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Must be willing to work in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
