Job Description
- Companywide role out of global and local content programs;
- Training needs analysis;
- Training calendar development and management;
- Coordination with in-house and external trainers, superiors, regional counterparts, Toyota network;
- Training logistics, facilitation and management;
- Training module development;
- Coordination for incoming intra-company transfers and global skill-up trainings;
- Monitoring and management of probationary performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or Communication;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant working experience is an advantage;
- Preferably with knowledge and/or experience in facilitating trainings;
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Must be willing to work in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
