Job Description
- As a key staff executive, directs, and assumes responsibility for the dealership financial planning, control,analysis and administration including relations with banking and financial institutions, accounting activities, tax administration services in a matter to assure the continued profitable growth of the company.
- Financial reporting, and compliance on reportorial; requirements. Payment & Refund request, Checking of the taxes for filing, payment & filing of government compliance.
- Reports of financial operations of each department
- Conducts continuing analyses of financial performance of the company
- Responsible for submission of mandatory tax reports to BIR, renewal of municipal and other government related permits and licenses.
- Directs preparation of required income tax returns
- Supervise the team in direction of accounting and financial control activtities.
- Conduct and supervise company year-end inventory.
- Other tasks that may be assign from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree/Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam/ Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking and Finance or equivalent)
- At least 4 years of working experience in related field
- Preferably senior executive specialized in finance- general/cost accounting or eqivalent, preparation of financial statements,government taxes and compliances
- With adequate experience in leading, developing and coaching a team.
- Strong analytical and planning skills

Toyota Bacoor, Cavite, Inc. (TBR) was incorporated on January 21, 2015 with the primary purpose of selling Toyota Brand motor vehicles and parts, as well as auto maintenance services including repairs.
TBR is located along Bacoor (formerly Molino) Boulevard, Barangay Mambog IV, Bacoor City, Cavite. Its location makes it accessible to the cities of Bacoor, Imus, Kawit and General Trias and neighboring towns.
The facilities of TBR include a total lot area of 9,500 sqm and total floor space of approximately 18,000 sqm. The facilities are designed to accommodate sales volume of upwards of 300 units of vehicles per month and repair volume of over 120 units each day. Service facilities include regular maintenance, general repairs as well as automotive body and paint shop. TBR will also covering used car sales as part of its operations.
