Job Description
Safety Officer is responsible for planning, implementing of company safety policy and implementation of dealer safety management system.
Responsibilities
- Prepares the company Safety and Health System checklist with Facility Head.
- Documents, establish and monitor compliance with government permits and Dealer Safety Managment System audited by Toyota Motors Philippines (TMP)
- Coordinate with HR and In-house Trainor for tthe training of employees in terms of safety, safety driving, emergency preparedness and response.
- Assist TMP Auditors and DOLE and other government agencies during the inspection of the workplace in terms of safety and health.
- Conduct weekly and monthly 5'S and Safety Patrol Audit with Top Management.
- Conduct monthly meeting with Safety Committee
- Conduct everyday patrol audit of the facility for safety and security issues.
- Ensures that installations, repairs, and maintenance of building facilities, machineries and equipment comply with the safety requirement.
- Participates actively in programs related to ISO 14000.
- Reports to facility head and coordinates with Emergency Brigade Team In-case if their Emergency, Natural Calamity, Fire and earthquake.
- Monitors and renew Local government permits and DOLE permits.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in management or engineering or equivalent..
- With strong management and leadership skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and can work under pressure.
- Has good moral & communication skills.
- At least with 1-year experience as safety.
- With BOSH Training is a plus
- With Driver's license is a plus
- Willing to travel for processing of permits
- Can work at Bacoor, Cavite
- Can start ASAP

Toyota Bacoor, Cavite, Inc. (TBR) was incorporated on January 21, 2015 with the primary purpose of selling Toyota Brand motor vehicles and parts, as well as auto maintenance services including repairs.
TBR is located along Bacoor (formerly Molino) Boulevard, Barangay Mambog IV, Bacoor City, Cavite. Its location makes it accessible to the cities of Bacoor, Imus, Kawit and General Trias and neighboring towns.
The facilities of TBR include a total lot area of 9,500 sqm and total floor space of approximately 18,000 sqm. The facilities are designed to accommodate sales volume of upwards of 300 units of vehicles per month and repair volume of over 120 units each day. Service facilities include regular maintenance, general repairs as well as automotive body and paint shop. TBR will also covering used car sales as part of its operations.
