Job Description
- Facilitate and handle car insurance for renewal accounts efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain client list of insurance renewals.
- Ensure validation and correctness of all insurance quotations before requesting to insurance companies.
- Develop marketing strategies in encoraging client acquire car insurance.
- Make proposal letters or quotations and ensure best deal fo the customers.
- Calculate insurance premiums and establish easy payment method.
- Ensure that insurance policy requirement are fulfilled and coordinated with Insurance Claims Assistant.
- Maintain record of monitoring system for car insurance policy renewals.
- Receive statement of account per insurance company and per account.
- Prepare request for payment to Accounting.
- Prepare insurance report for insurance renewals and insurance incentives.
- Generate insurance renewal sales.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superior.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
- At least 1 years of work experience in the related field.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Can deal effectively and diplomatically with a variety of individuals.
- Customer-service oriented, adaptable, and flexible.

Toyota Bacoor, Cavite, Inc. (TBR) was incorporated on January 21, 2015 with the primary purpose of selling Toyota Brand motor vehicles and parts, as well as auto maintenance services including repairs.
TBR is located along Bacoor (formerly Molino) Boulevard, Barangay Mambog IV, Bacoor City, Cavite. Its location makes it accessible to the cities of Bacoor, Imus, Kawit and General Trias and neighboring towns.
The facilities of TBR include a total lot area of 9,500 sqm and total floor space of approximately 18,000 sqm. The facilities are designed to accommodate sales volume of upwards of 300 units of vehicles per month and repair volume of over 120 units each day. Service facilities include regular maintenance, general repairs as well as automotive body and paint shop. TBR will also covering used car sales as part of its operations.
