Service Manager  

The goal of the After Sales Manager is to deliver of top quality service that earns the satisfaction and trust of the customer in a sustainable and profitable way. Responsible in handling all aspects of Service at the dealership including Parts sales and operations, etc. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient operations, he is also responsible to lead, build, and manage an effective team to achieve financial and employee satisfaction targets.

Job Duties:

1. Plans, strategize to achieve parts and service targets
2. Responsible for maintaining a sufficient number of manpower required as set to achieve the target
3. Must ensure effective, efficient, and proper implementation of systems and procedures concerning the entire operations
4. Provide necessary measures to minimize operating expenses and achieve the desired operating income of Parts and Service Department
5. Monitors and evaluates the performance of all After Sales team members on a monthly basis
6. Handles and entertains customer concerns, such as quality and product defects
7. Continuously develops more efficient ways of implementing systems and procedures

• Candidate must be a graduate of 4-year Course - Preferably Automotive / Technical Background
• Preferably with background in automotive service work and repairs; and diagnosing vehicle repair requirements
• Possess good communication and leadership skills
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage competing client demands
• Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
• Good understanding of the strategic after sales process
• Strong communication skills both written and spoken English
