Job Description
- Support to define and develop the operational excellence strategy for the Philippines Shared Services Center with the goal of improving productivity, process capabilities, supporting process harmonization within a customer centric environment.
- Review and update existing business process documentation
- Organize cross functional meetings that will review tasks and deliverables with the appropriate team members.
- Support the management of multiple initiatives in varying stages simultaneously.
- Work collaboratively with team members and cross functional groups to provide details needed for decision making and operations
- Develop and implement quantitative and qualitative methods for measuring the impact of process improvement
- Translate business needs into analytics/reporting requirements, and interface with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of end-user reporting solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience of 5-7 years with relevant job and Senior Level Shared Services accountabilities
- Relevant Finance and Accounting undergraduate degree, preferably CPA
- Skills: Technically proficient – Finance & Accounting, trained in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, project management and reporting
- Competencies: Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Excellent attention to detail, Strong analytical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally, Ability to manage time and tasks proactively under time constraints, Ability to multitask and deliver against tight deadlines.
