Job Description
- Perform regular payment run according to agreed schedule which includes generating the payment proposal, reviewing supporting evidence, executing payment run, and posting payment into ERP Systems accordingly.
- Detect and notify unsuccessful payments to the Affiliate Finance. Assist the Affiliate Finance to Investigate and resolve unsuccessful payments.
- Provides documents and/or reports required for audits.
- Creation of manual payment instructions in Themis and Bank Portal
- Conducts data entry of accounting entries into the system and ensures data integrity
- Checks and validates quality and accuracy of information provided by affiliates for transaction processing
- Ensures controls are maintained within the Accounting operating environment in compliance with SLA
- Other tasks assigned by immediate superior
Minimum Qualifications
- With a Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance, Business Administration or in a related field.
- Certified Public Accountants is a plus
- Has at least 2 years of work experience in a Finance and Accounting role preferably in payment processing, prior experience in a Shared Service

environment or experience in Oil, Gas and Energy industries is an advantage
- Ability to multi task, results oriented, able to work under pressure, have superior analytical skills, and an excellent problem solver.
- With strong analytical and communication (written and spoken) skills and is eager to work in a team oriented
- multi cultural environment
- Customer Service Oriented
- With technical proficiency and extensive exposure in SAP FI as end user and knowledgeable of MS Office – Excel, Word, PPT.
- Additional Proficiency in other languages such as Mandarin, Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa, Japanese and in French will be an advantage.
- Proficient in analyzing financial issues and making logical recommendations based on findings.
