Job Description
An Internal Liaison Officer acts as messenger from the different departments and buildings of a company. Main duties and responsiblities of this position are the following:
- Acts as a contact point person of a respected department of the company.
- Delivers files and other documents from one department to another.
- Files out forms related to his duties.
- And perform other tasks related to his job description.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must at least be a college graduate or finished a vocational course
- Having at least six-month work experience is an advantage
- Willing to perform messengerial taks (ie, delivering of files) from different departments and buildings of a hotel
- Presents himself in well-groomed and pleasing manner to department heads and guests
- Committed, both on the company and attendance
- Trustworthy
- Physically fit
- Available full-time
