Job Description
Interior designer is responsible in the layout, design, and renovation of internal spaces of commercial, leisure, and domestic settings. They are also responsible in structural alterations, furnishings, lighting, colour scheme, and accessories of the project they are working on. Further duties are the following:
- Discuss initial ideas and requirements with their respective head; support superior in constructing interior design plan
- Provide material requirements and costs of the project to the clients
- Assists in selecting and purchasing of furnishings, lighting, colour scheme, accessories for the project
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College degree in Interior Design
- Work experience in the field is an advantage
- Proficiency in design software application (eg, SKETCH UP, 3D Studio Max, and AutoCad) is an advantage
- Above average communication and presentation skills
