Job Description
- Preparing budgets and costing rosters; Food costs and stock takes
- Marketing and maintaining a high level of engagement with customers and corporate accounts
- Taking hands on approach working with the front office staff to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must have at least Bachelor's / College Degree of Business and or Hospitality, Food and Beverage Services Management
- At least 4 years of proven working experience in the related filed is required for this position
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Exposure in managing fine dining restaurant
- Knowledge in preparing financial reports, developing marketing strategies and store facilities
