Job Description
- Ensure the customer promise is delivered and the customers are satisfied within the framework of financial targets set.
- Ensure the guests receive high-quality service.
- Ensure the applicable regulations are complied with.
- Optimise the supply chain and the use made of raw material.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, preferably Hospitality and Restaurant Management or Tourism Management;
- With at least 6 months experience related on the said position;
- At least 5'3 in height for female and 5'6 for male;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Guest oriented and service minded;
- Willing to work in shifting schedules;
