- Handle the NPI in tooling design and process development NPI.
- Assembly and development group.
- Think of new ideas.
- Process and material development.
- Handle value engineering.
- Process improvement, DOE, POKAYOKE, and cost saving.
- Generate all working documents needed by production.
- WI, machine and product SOP, production control plan, FMEA, etc.
- Generate and review OCAP and FMEA.
- Conduct training for operator and technical group.
- Conduct the following:
- Process study and capability.
- Machine comparative and selection study.
- Machine qualification and buy-off.
- In-house and off-shore.
- Machine qualification after major machine repair or rehab.
- Provide secondary support for production on process or equipment problems.
- Monitor yield, CPK, and catastrophic defect.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Engineering course.
- 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor, electronics, and manufacturing is an advantage.
- Preferably with hands-on experience in product development and process.
- Knowledgeable in electronics manufacturing equipment such as:
- Die attach
- Wirebond
- Back-end equipment
- Mold
- Laser
- Dicing
- Knowledgeable on statistical analysis tools like 8D, 7QC, SAS-JMP AND SPC, FMEA, and DOE is an advantage.
