- Evaluate and improve the process in an electronics system.
- Maintain reliable and safe system while improving production rates, efficiency, yields, costs, and changeovers.
- Develop innovative solutions.
- Shall Monitor the machine performance and schedule of preventive maintenance
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Background in Yield improvement, Line Sustaining, Machine and Material qualifications
- With experience in Preventive and Repair Maintenance of machines like Die Bond, Wire Bond, Dice Machine, Reflow
- Willing to start immediately
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
