Job Description
- Provide General Office administrative support for other office staff and guests.
- Coordinate, schedule, assist and arrange meetings as well as events within the assigned office as needed.
- Order and maintain supplies provided for the office.
- Information gathering, maintenance, analysis, and reports generation for various purposes.
- Prepare business correspondence and presentations needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 6 months to (1) year work experience in the related field
- Computer-proficient: MS Word
- Knowledgeable in functions in the line with Inventory, Cost Analysis, Budget Management, Cost-Control Procedure, and Bookkeeping
- Must be highly systematic, results-oriented, proactive and efficient in solving problems
- Commendable work ethics
- Good communication skills and ability to multi-task
- Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas
